Jacob has a proven record of forming and securing tax-exempt status for nonprofit organizations, and he thrives on helping clients achieve both business and personal goals. His litigation work includes contract and business ownership disputes, tortious interference with business relations, and high-value family law cases. Known for his strategic thinking and creative solutions, Jacob combines business acumen with a fierce tenacity.  He travels frequently between New York and Arizona for his practice. Outside the office, he has contributed to the governance of multiple rugby organizations as a Director on their Boards, reflecting his long-standing commitment to the sport as a player and supporter. He also enjoys music, motorcycles, podcasts, reading nonfiction, and going to every Yankees game that he can.
