Greg Carson is Counsel at Raintree and a USPTO-registered patent attorney with a background as an inventor, engineer, and former Air Force Clinical Engineering Officer. He brings nearly four decades of experience working with emerging technologies, including software applications, medical devices, electrical systems, and AI. Prior to practicing law, Greg led complex high-tech and hospital construction projects across the U.S. Air Force and civilian sectors. After securing his own patent in 2007, he transitioned to become a patent lawyer, and he has since helped inventors worldwide protect their ideas. At Raintree, Greg combines deep technical knowledge with legal acumen to guide clients through the patent process with clarity and strategy.
