Charles Gavin Oppermann is a seasoned real estate attorney, bringing over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent and attorney in both public and private practice. Before joining Raintree, he served as a managing attorney/parter at multiple law firms, where he led high-volume real estate and litigation teams and built a reputation for pragmatic, results-driven counsel. His practice focuses on commercial and residential transactions, leasing, zoning, financing, and regulatory compliance. He also brings public sector experience, having served as Assistant General Counsel to a large social services agency, where he advised the leadership group and managed legal operations. Known for his direct approach and strategic thinking, he has earned recognition from various industry peer and client review organizations, including Super Lawyers®.
