Brandon Brown is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate, commercial transactions, general business law, and civil litigation. He represents a broad range of clients, including individual property owners, real estate developers, business owners, and financial institutions, in complex matters involving land use, title disputes, breach of contract, and landlord-tenant law. In addition to his real estate practice, Brandon regularly advises businesses on a wide array of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract negotiation, business operations, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial and residential lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and general business contracts. Brandon also brings a strong litigation background, having successfully tried cases to verdict and defended clients in construction defect, insurance, and other real estate and business-related disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Brandon practiced at several prominent California law firms, where he developed a comprehensive foundation in both litigation and transactional law.
