Brandon Brown is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate, commercial transactions, general business law, and civil litigation. He represents a broad range of clients—including individual property owners, real estate developers, startups, business owners, financial institutions, and homeowner associations (HOAs)—in complex matters involving land use, title disputes, commercial and residential lease drafting and review, purchase and sale transactions, breach of contract, and general counsel services for startups and established businesses.
Additionally, Brandon has significant experience representing both HOAs and homeowners in disputes involving CC&Rs, architectural review issues, nuisance claims, and enforcement matters. He regularly serves as general counsel to HOAs, providing advice on board governance, election procedures, and compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act. Brandon also drafts and revises governing documents, including bylaws, operating rules, and CC&Rs.
Brandon further advises businesses on a wide array of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract negotiation, business operations, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial and residential lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and general business contracts.
Brandon brings a strong litigation background, having successfully tried cases to verdict and defended clients in construction defect, insurance, HOA, and other real estate and business-related disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Brandon practiced at several prominent California law firms, where he developed a comprehensive foundation in both litigation and transactional law. He earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and holds a Business Law Certificate from USC Gould School of Law. Brandon is licensed to practice law in California.
