Zach Simpson is a strategic legal advisor who combines front-line operational insight with deep expertise in corporate and healthcare law. As Counsel, he partners with ambitious companies to deliver proactive, growth-focused legal strategies that help clients scale and dominate their industries. Zach provides comprehensive support, from vendor contracts and HR compliance to orchestrating M&A deals and post-acquisition integration. He has successfully led clients through high-stakes transactions, including the $140 million acquisition of 24 skilled nursing and 5 assisted living facilities. His clients in healthcare, technology, and business value his ability to streamline operations and navigate complex regulatory environments. Zach is active in professional associations including AHCA NCAL, the Florida Bar Health Law Association, and the American Health Law Association. He also serves on the board of HANDY, Inc., supporting at-risk youth in Fort Lauderdale. Outside of work, he enjoys coastal activities and traveling with his wife, Ana, daughter, Zoe, and their dogs, Costa and Tucker.
